NO REFUND POLICY: Requestor understands and acknowledges that full payment is required upfront for ECN Docs ("ECN") to begin any work. ECN will not offer any refund to the Client once full payment has been received. There is no cancellation once work has started.
TRANSFER OF SERVICE: We do allow Transfer of services to another service needed. Because our unwriting process is based on each property requested, transferring of a previously paid service to another individual, property or LLC after documentation has initially started will be charged a $125 to transfer services
DORMANT FILES: Any file left on hold after 30 days of having received payment will be considered a dormant file. These files will be charged a dormant fee of $150 to continue our services after 30 days.
