LLC Services

New LLC Formation or Name change w/ Real Estate

This is a full service of the required items to establish a new LLC or change the current name of an active LLC

  • Submit for a LLC Name Change / or file a New LLC Name with Sec. of State 
  • File New Articles of Organization with the Sec. of State 
  • File a New or Amended Statement of Information with the Sec. of State
  • Prepare New or Amend current Operating Agreement 
  • Request a new EIN (if necessary) with the IRS
  • Prepare New Grant Deed for one piece of  Real Estate along w/ County forms 
  • Record Grant Deed at the County Recorder 
  • Notary/Courier  Fee  


Total estimated due for each LLC with 1 Property

Starting at $1,000.00 + State & County Filing Fees

New LLC Formation or Name change w/ NO Real Estate

This is a full service of the required items to establish a new LLC

  • Submit for a LLC Name Change / or file a New LLC Name with Sec. of State 
  • File New Articles of Organization with the Sec. of State 
  • File a New or Amended Statement of Information with the Sec. of State
  • Prepare New or Amend current Operating Agreement 
  • Request a new EIN (if necessary) with the IRS
  • Notary Fee


Starting at $550.00 + State Filing Fees

Total estimated due for each LLC with NO Real Estate                                                             

Real Estate Deed Transfer from one LLC to another LLC

(Both LLCs must already be formed )

$650.00

Fee includes Document Preparation of Grant Deed, County forms, working with the LLC Division for approval, Notary & Recording fee 

LLC Operating Agreement

$350.00

Preparation of New Operating Agreement Only 

DORMANT FILES:  Any file left on hold after 30 days of having received payment will be considered a dormant file.  These files will be charged a dormant fee of $150 to continue our services after 30 days.
